I am 15 years old, 170 pounds. I have been drinking 60-70 ounces of water a day and running a mile every other day. I haven't gotten any results yet. I hardly ever eat fast food or junk food. What do i need to do?

Keep on doing what yu are doing. Your metabolism is dormant and you need to slowly wake her up. You are on your way. Do not give up. Once yu start sweating good after yur run, you know you are burning calories and that should do it. also practice portion control. Main key to keep your weight off.

This process will take some time. Keep at what you're doing. Maybe you can add some resistance training (not necessarily weights) but maybe using your own weight as resistance. Yoga and Pilate's are good too for stretching and toning the muscle you will build.

Be careful when running that you don't put undue pressure on your joints. Make sure you have good running shoes.

I'm almost 15 and I weigh 150 pounds and I'm probably more worried about my weight than you are! I just cannot stand this. I SOOOO wanna be seen in a bikini at the beach strutting my stuff, but I'm just plain fat. What I've learned is there is no quick way to lose weight. You just gotta keep doing what your doing and be patient. You should probably be losing 1-2 pounds a week to lose weight safely. (In about 10 weeks you should be at 150. )

my advice to you is keep running and working out but push yourself to do more....it will build musle and help lose weight...and remember you may not be losing much weight because you have built musle...but cut your calorie intake to about 1000 a day(maybe a little over a 1000) and eat really healthy....and also you did not mention how tall you were...sooo if your like 5'9 thats like normal ...check your BMI on a calculator http://www.nhlbisupport.com/bmi/bmicalc.htm there go there and check it : D hope I helped
