maybe the English....What country wil have more difficulty to adapt?

The notion of a single universal language is ridiculous, from the perspective of linguists. Therefore, I assume that when you use the word universal you are referring to very widely used languages. There are several of these "universal" languages now, one of which is English.

There is not a single person in the whole world who would not vote for the world being forced to learn a universal language, so long at it's his language.

In case you were unaware, the english language IS the "univeral language" at this time.

wait........ People was trying to stabilish speranto as a universal leguage before.

I think now would be english.
