About six years ago my wife (then my girlfriend) actually passed out. We were totally worn out, but well, you know, somethimes it's hard to decide between tireness and horniness. But we had been having all morning and afternoon and it happened in the evening! She really didn't liked the feeling of passing out... though, she liked the cause! ;P

i think its an urban myth because there has been plenty of times when my g/f has had so many that she doesn't move anymore but she never passes out.

No, its true because it happened to me once. It was crazy. The orgasm was so intense I just blacked out. It scared the crap out of the guy I was dating at the time.
