I have a high matabalizim, so I am under weight. Will the cemicals in creatine help me gain weight? How much, and when should I take it?
I would rather not work out, I'm already too skinny.

No. Creatine allows you to workout more intensely. However, it does not build muscle.

creatine is for strength training. gaining muscle mass comes from the diet but if you aren't exercising the muscles there is no reason for them to grow so excess calories will more than likely be stored as fat.

Not really, protein shake will help

Working out will help you gain weight, just lift weights, low amount of cardio and protein

Creatine works good when you are lifting

to gain weight you have to eat more calories than your body is ment to. if you want the weight you gain to be muscle you must eat more protein in you diet than fat. carbohydrates will give you energy to exersize and you need to do that to make your body know it need to build muscles. if you just want to gain weight then just eat loadz ov food. if you have creatine you need to drink loadz and loadz ov water. protein shakes dont count as a meal because the calories in them isnt very good. they are just good for getting your protein up. and if your having protein shakes get a one with carbohydrates in aswell as protein.
