Well, remember, you'll have to report the income from those other jobs as well as reporting the taxes withheld.

But, yes, you need to redo your taxes by filing an amended return. And, do it quickly so you don't pay interest or penalties. I'm not aware of whether you can file an amended return electronically with the program you're using.

You need to file an amended return, form 1040X, and claim ALL of your income.

Unless your total income from all of your jobs was less than the limit where you have to file, don't count on getting ALL of your withholding back - you probably won't by the time all of your income is taken into account.

But you need to file the amended form anyway - if you don't, you'll hear from the IRS about it, and by that time there will be additional money owed for interest and possible penalties.

Is there an amended return option for the website? There usually should be option to refile or amend a return. Maybe you can try another site that has an option like that. Otherwise, the only way to do it might be with the paper form which someone metioned here already. You can pick up at a library or other government places that I don't know about. Maybe you could call the IRS and ask them to ignore it or something. I used turbo tax... It worked well, and it's free for people with income under like 50k or something. eztaxreturns might be better, though. I dunno.

If you did not report all your income or did not claim a credit, you are entitled to file an amended or corrected return using Form 1040X (PDF), Amended U.S. Individual Income Tax Return. Include copies of any schedules that have been changed or any Form W-2 (PDF) you did not include. The Form 1040X (PDF) should be submitted after you receive your refund or by the due date of the return, whichever, is earlier. Generally, to claim a refund, the Form 1040X (PDF) must be received within three years after the date you filed your original return or within two years after the date you paid the tax, whichever is later.
