hey i lift i got a bottle of dianabol how long will it take before i notice a diff i havent taken it yet just got it in the mail today and do i take it on the off days when i dont lift or just when i do

hey bro,ignore the idiot iv cosu.he`s been hassle me big time.dbol got a 3-6 hour life.so take it 3 times daily.its a little heavy on the liver so id leave the beer alone.its wicked for power and size but it does convert to estrogen so alot of the mass is water.you will feel it from day one. mate arnie used to have dbol every day for breakfast and swore by it,his heart condition was supposedly genetic so dont worry too much,a little bit of anything now and again is fine.good luck bro

put the steroids away it's obvious you have absolutely no idea how to use them. it is exactly because of people like you that various drugs are made illegal and ruin it for the rest of us that do know how to use them safely and administer them properly.
