Interpret Dream; the devil appears in the dream.?

Question

Okay, so I have a running dialogue w/ God in my head all the time...So one night before sleeping, I was saying that when I passed on I wanted to be in God's Army fighting evil, becoming an archangel (isn't that what they do).. I always had that desire for when I died to be in God's Army. Well, that night.. I had a very bad dream in which the devil made an appearance.. He and I were fighting in my dream.. I hard a hard time waking from that dream.. At the end of the dream, the devil "beat" me this time in the fight we were having.. He hovered over me and said, "stay out of things you don't know about" while smirking and went away... then I woke up.

This dream was a very long time ago.. years ago.. It freaked me out back then.. But I am a lot more spiritual now than I was back then.. I know science says that dreams are a reflection of your subconscience, it just did rattle me.. it was spooky.

I also want to add that the house I lived in at that time was very heavy.. for those who believe in such matters.. my family and I do believe there was a very bad presence there.

The bible never says specifically that arch (which means Chief Angels) are limited to just warfare, but we as Christians are every bit able to fight a battle just like them. Now, I am no dream interpreter, but I want to point out that the devil "always" appears as an "Angel of Light" meaning, his appearance is deceptive and portrays and seemeth to be affiliated with good.
