This sounds gross but is actually very good! Heat the mince through thoroughly. Now, if you have a toasted sandwich machine, butter two slices of bread as normal, place one slice butter side down so it does not stick to the plates, then add your mince and a little grated cheese, then top with the other buttered slice of bread. Toast til brown, enjoy! But be careful it's hot.

Get some french or garlic bread and eat it with the sauce. It will kind of be like bread sticks and marinara sauce but a little different.

Freeze for future use.
Mix into a meatloaf (depends how much is left!)
Make Lasagna
Make chili
Make Tacos
Make Taco Soup (recipe below)

TACO SOUP
**(Just omit ingredients as you deem necessary to make up for using meatsauce)

1-1½ lbs. lean ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 can beef broth (or 2 cups water + 2 beef boullion cubes)
1 can whole kernel corn, undrained (I like the mix of white and yellow corn)
2 cans diced tomatoes, any variety, undrained (I like petite diced, w/ onions and bellpeppers in them; if you want heat, use at least one can of Rotel)
1 can red or black beans, drained and rinsed
1 packet Taco seasoning

Garnishes (any or all)
sour cream
diced green onions
sliced black olives
sliced jalapenos
guacamole
shredded cheddar cheese

Brown ground beef over medium heat in large stock pot. When nearly cooked, add onions and sauté w/ ground beef. When onions are wilted but still opaque, stop cooking and drain off any fat. Return to heat and add remaining indredients. Cover and let simmer at least 30 minutes, or up to about 3 hours. (Can be held longer in a slow cooker set on Low.)

Serve in bowls w/ crushed corn chips in the bottom. Top each bowl w/ garnish of choice.

Make some more pasta, toss it together, top it with cheese and black olives and bake...or freeze. It's a good way to recycle leftovers!

Make more spaghetti another night and eat leftovers.
If you have meatballs or even chunky ground beef in it, make meatball sandwiches.
Dip breadsticks in it.
Freeze it if nothing else until you make spaghetti again.

It makes a great base for chili. Add some chili beans and red kidney beans. Add more onion and green peppers if desired.

Its not really chili season, but I can eat chili anytime.

Don't forget the toppings!

GO JALEPENOS!
