in turbo tax,line 10 refusing to post last years refund of state tax,what to do?

If you claimed state taxes as a deduction the previous year...you have to claim the refund as income...otherwise don't worry about it.

Did you itemize last year and claim state income tax as a deduction? If not, then it doesn't get entered.
