I have 2 favorites. The first is a family favorite called chocolate roll (a chocolate cake baked in a sheet pan, dusted with cocoa powder, layered with whipped cream, then rolled, & sliced). The second is called raspberry whipped cream truffle cake. It is a three layer chocolate cake. The filling between layers is made up of whipped cream & raspberries. When all the layers are assembled a coating of cream & melted semi sweet chocolate is poured over all the sides. I love these cakes because there isn't anything to hate about chocolate. I live in the US.

Plain ol' chocolate cake with chocolate frosting. BUT! It has to be my aunt's cakes. She used to be a professional baker, and I have never ever tasted another cake like hers. I'm still trying to wrangle the recipe out of her.

Oh, U.S.
