You can't force yourself to love either go with the one you like best. As you don't describe both as nice that implies the fit girl is only fit and not nice. Which isn't something to base a relationship on. So pick the nice girl.

You can't choose who you love. If you have to ask, then you don't love either.
Go find somebody else. And try to be worthy of her.
P.S. The nice girl will probably always be nice, but the fit girl may not always be fit, for what that's worth.

Are you fit enough?. If you kinda sporty person and fit. Love those kinda sports or games then go for a fit girl. She love to join with you. But you need someone to be nice with you, not to be accompany to get fit.. go for a nice one.

Who are you in love with? Love has nothing to do if the person looks 'fit'-it's all about that connection between two people. Look with your heart and mind-not your eyes.

I dont beleive you should ask to love, either you love one or you dont.But if you love both but are trying to chose one I'd go for the nice girl because she can get fit and you can give her the confidence to do so.

no-one can tell you who to love you have to follow what you feel but going for some-one just for looks aint a good idea at all. she may be fit but is she really fit or is it just makeup? also looks do fade and if you dont like who she IS then nothing will ever work!

First of all you can't just love. It takes time to fall in love and it needs to be the right person. Who can you see yourself with? who will always be there for you in love and in friendship? Who will listen to you and give you advise and guidance?
You need to ask yourself these questions but you need to be able to do the same for her. Looks aren't everything.
Are you just interested in these girls because you know they are interested in you. Maybe either aren't right for you and your taking whatever is available now.
I don't mean to sound horrible but you do sound confused.
