I need someone that would be able to make bread for a restaurant I have anyone know where to find one?

Why don't you call some of the grocery store bakeries in your area... many of them now bake artisan breads that rival small, artisan bakeries. They may be able to do it at a discount if you place a standing order.

If we're talking a huge scale here, where your restaurant is so big you can keep one man busy for 8 ho urs/day, then advertise in trade journals and magazines: Restaurants & Institutions, for example, or advertise w/ culinary schools.
