1040 Schedules C (or C-EZ) and SE.

You'll use a schedule C (or probably a C-EZ) to show the income and any eligible related expenses (did you provide food for the child you were babysitting?). Then you'll use schedule SE to calculate your self-employment tax, for social security and medicare taxes. The numbers from the bottom of these two schedules will transfer to form 1040.
