Ok it is very easy,
Do this in My Document make a folder by the name My fonts
when you download those free fonts save them in My fonts folder right.

After that click on Control Panel(can you find it)then click the folder by the name FONTS it will open a Fonts folder then click on FILE and then Install new fonts. Here you will have to locate the place where you have saved fonts then click ok.

There is another way as above I have explained open FONTS folder and keep that open. Now go to your My fonts folder reduce the size of window so you can see beneath FONTS folder. Click on desired font(you can also highlight as many as you want)then drag them on the FONTS folder.

Remember there is a possibility of viruses in fonts. Not each and every font you can use.

In MS Words click on fonts and choose which you want to use
I hope this will help you

Okay so you download a font then you can save it in any folder.. i reccomend making a new folder then saving the fonts there. usally some websites like www.fontface.com have a program in which all you have to do is download the font open the folder in which you saved it in. Click on the font (icon) then hit Next > Next > Finish. then open up Word and there you go! NEW FONTS!
