soy yo - It's me
me llamo - my name is
a mi me gusta - i like

yo soy means I am
soy yo loosely means I am me.
You would use it like when you knock on someone's door, and they ask who it is, you could say "Soy yo."
me llamo means my name is
a mi me gusta means I like
