I'm hard working person,my boss know it. inspite of it he try to proof that i talk in bad mannered even he always talk in bad manner and tying to find mistake in me.
He paid me 9 thousand per month for duty of 10-11 hours everyday.
what should i do? give me right suggestation in detail.

if you r in for the cash, consider the suggestions below.
1. THINK positive. perhaps your boss is trying to maximise your potential not oni at work,but in character building.so exhibit your well-mannered patience and attitude to him. over the time i am sure he wont find any faults in youd eliberately.
2. LISTEN to wad your boss going to say first before making conclusions. if you believe you r rite, prove to him. if not, change to his liking.. its the working world after all.
3.Worse come to worse,
FIND a new job with better pay, better boss.

its called harrasment. he has to proove anything he blames on you. if he can't there isn't anything he can do about it. what he pays you is irrelevant. you should ask him point blank in a signed note asking for a response and document everything. everything!!
