Why, when using the Antibiotic "Clindamycin" does it state "do NOT lie down for 30 minutes after taking this"

B/c it can cause stomach irritation, and if you lie down, it increases the chance of irritating the esophagus, which can be painful.

because it can burn your esophagus, take with a full glass of water.
