I would say that it's great that you exercise. Since you sound like you eat a lot of fast food, you may want to cut back on some of it since it may be offsetting the positive effects of exercise. All the fast food can still increase your blood pressure, clog your arteries and cause your health to deteorate. I would say keep up the exercise and maybe cut the fast food to 2-3 times a week at the most.

You can eat fast food all the time if you do it right. Eat some salads, grilled chicken sandwich skip the mayo, pancakes w/o the butter, Egg McMuffin is about 450 calories. They new to follow the low-fat menu as well. The trick is to watch your fats & colesterol. If not they are setting yourself up for an early heart attack. My friend ate the stuff a lot & had a heart attack at 43 years old because of clogged arteries.

Even if you work out to stay slim, fast food does not offer the nutrition your body needs and also contains dangerous amounts of transfats that will raise cholestorol, causing heart damage. On top of that, you won't get enough fresh vegetables and whole grains to keep your mind alert, your immune system strong and you'll eventually lose the energy you need to even go to the gym. Diet and exercise really have to go together to benefit your health.

Working out will not rid your body of all the cholesterol that
you are clogging your arteries with. You are asking for big
trouble down the road. You are also getting into a bad habit that will be hard to break. Take care of yourself in all ways.

A lot of fast food is made with trans-fat, the biggest artery clogger in the history of eating. You can run from the consequences, but you can't hide.

Yes, yes, yes, yes! It will really hurt you. They use the same oil to cook thousands of fries. It is so bad for you, even if you work out. Soda is also bad for you to have often. Try to pack a lunch and get a protein bar for breakfast or something. For dinner, eat grilled chicken with lots of veggies!

It is great that you like to work out but fast food has all these OILS and FATS that get in your HEART and it is not easy to get rid of those in the HEART. Please do try to cut down on your meals. Try to eat rice and see how much satisfied your stomach will be. All those fats and oils etc. will clog your heart and give you breathing problems. Do not give your family a history of heart disease or whatever. I am already suffering from it and it really pains me that someone can eat that much fast food in one day. Please please please cut down.
