I have both allergies and intolerances

They include Pollens,weeds,dust,dustmite,
dog/cat hair,chemicals,artificial
fragrances,paint fumes etc,
Preservatives,MSG additives,

tree nuts,peas,soy,dairy,egg,sesame,chocolate
sunflower seeds,certain legumes and gluten,
yeast , sugar,latex.

Some people are allergic to food items, such as peanuts, milk, etc. Others are allergic to indoor allergens such as dust, dander, cats, dogs. And then there are those who are allergic to outdoor things. It could be pollen, ragweed, mountain cedar, oak, grass, and a whole host of others. That's why so many people have problems this time of year because everything's blooming.

I have to watch out for some pollens and dust, and some cleaning products. I'm not sure they could be properly called allergies though.

I'm allergic to a lot...

Eggs, Animal Dander, Penicillin, dust, grass, gin, aspirin and all artificial sweeteners, pomegranates, alfalfa and chocolate.
