Can they be seen by others? yes they can be despite the number of doubters out there. If you have the sight, you know it is possible. If you do not have the sight, you either believe in them on hearsay or you are never going to "get it".
Many people have reported being "visited" by a family member or old friend only to find out later that that person had died just around the time of the vision. Many people have received comfort from their loved one remaining close for a little while until they accept the death.
It is, after all, just a matter of vibrations. It is like a hummingbird's wings, they move so fast that they are invisible. So it is with the spirit. They seem to slow down their vibrational frequency so that we are aware of their presence.
However, it is not advisable to try to contact the dead. You never know just what dangerous creature you might invite into your world. In these days of Satanic influence, there are many creatures looking for a "in" to work more damage in the world. Such dabbling is an open invitation to them.

I have no idea what you are asking.
If you mean "can the spirits of dead people be "seen" by others", then I would say that some people make this claim. There are some who seem to be able to channel the spirits of others as well.

No, the Bible is very clear on this.The dead know nothing,do
not attempt contact demons will come.I would quote passages but there are so many.There are apparitions which is just energy left over,like ghost ships,do you think the queen Mary was alive,no, it is a boat yet millions see it.Your family can not look back here.

Spirits (soul after death and before rebirth) r there. The life in this world we see is not the only kind of life. Time concept and nature of life is different at different planes. Life at one plane of existence is completely ignorant of life at another plane. Though both are intermingled.
One who knows to penetrate through these planes of existence can see life in other planes.

I don't think so. My friend thinks that visions of ghosts/spirits are possibly but are the result of lapses in time...I just don't believe in what I don't see all that often!

If both think the same, will be seen each others. As we are going to same destination, no matter what way to do, will meet in destination. If willing differently, will never meet again.

Can be seen? or........The answer is no....dead people are simply in the place called hell, hades, Sheol, Infer, Impierno meaning a graveyard of mankind. They are waiting for resurrection.

If you mean the spirits are "SEEN BY OTHERS"
then, you need to know, those of us who do see spirits, need no convincing, that the other dimensions exist.
Those of you who don't "SEE" cannot be convinced, so don't waste your energy trying.
