is there any certain streatches i should do or that work best?

Stretching routines in general do increase flexibility. So do activities like yoga. Try to focus on areas where you would like to become more flexible. Remember that it is not a quick process. Be sure not to do any bouncy stretches that can actually tense your muscles and cause injury.
