A small salad at lunch with just vinegar or no dressing at all would be more wholesome and fewer calories.

Good luck!

You're not eating nearly enough. You won't lose weight, or if you do, you'll gain it right back.

Cycle your calories.

http://www.idespisescams.com has a really awesome resource (the first one there, Fat Loss 4 Idiots I think it's called). I read it, and it's now my weight loss bible - helped so much!!

I lost 20 pounds, and have 12 more to go. :)

Good luck :)

my dear you and I were once on the same team: eating really bland things so that we can shed some pounds.
Only this isn't necessary; the problem with eating and losing weight is that we eat the wrong amount of portions, a typical meal should be about the size of your open hand.
You are already fitting in excercise which is good, try doing 15 mins of wind down or even cardio to make your excecise an even 50 mins
For lunch try having a salad with a vinegrette dressign and a few strips of grilled chicken breast.
dinner try steamed vegetables with grilled fish, or chicken.

good luck.

I suspect you'll lose more weight if you cut the cereal back to only one cup, for breakfast. At lunchtime, lose the peanut butter, and substitute tuna or salmon and salad. Dinner, some protein and vegies, plus have your banana for desert.
