Well I am definitely optimistic for I can explain it in the following way. Everybody I believe figuratively have two dogs inside of them, the one black the other white and which ever you feed, will grow! You live in a bubble and should you allow any negative things to come into your bubble and think and ponder over it, that is feeding the black dog, and that dog will grow. So when you have any pessimistic thoughts wanting to come into your bubble, discard it immediately and replace it with optimistic/positive thought and that is the white dog and that will grow. Does this answer you question? Hope so and don't think I have lost it somewhere, it is what I do and it keeps me optimistic about life in general.

My glass is too large. If it is either half empty, or half full, it's too much glass for the amount of milk it contains.

In truth, I'm very much an optimist.

Im both.

Depending on the severity of the situation Ill go optimistic to lighten a stressful event for myself and others, or Ill go pessimistic just to bug the hell out of the optimists

heheh

Optimists are rarely right, pessimists are rarely wrong. But I'm hoping that will change...

Maybe the best answer is hope for the best, perpare for the worst. Saves you the trouble of being wrong either way :)

I have a pitcher that I dip in an endless spring, therefore if my cup is emptied, I can always fill it again... Sorry, I don't play by the normal rules of the game... Dungeon Master.

Realistic.

The fluid in my glass occupies about half of the total volume of the glass.

I'm a christian my glass is half full of hot air ( there is water in the rest of it).

What about 'a realist'?
Otherwise, I guess it depends how thirsty I am with that partially filled glass sitting there.

I try to hope for the best, and still plan for the worst.
