go for thr pizza ... unless the sub is from quiznos, then that would be a hard choice .... although a wrap would be lo-cal and healthy .... but cheeseburgers just seem like a "Friday" kinda food ....

none of that sounds healthy, except perhaps the soup. How about a nice fresh salad loaded with crispy raw vegetables. Give your body a break from the high carb, high fat, artificially flavored stuff thats full of preservatives and chemicals.

u should take rice,,, bcoz u need that carbohidrates to supply u with energy~ dont eat pizzas as they contain too much 'fatty' stuff;)
