I'm in a hurry, because I'm very hungry: Tengo prisa porque tengo mucha hambre.

Lets hurry, because I'm very hungry; Demonos prisa porque tengo mucha hambre.

I can't wait to go to the party, because I am very hungry: No puedo esperar ir a la fiesta porque tengo mucha hambre, this is the literal traduccion but I guess you want to express in the last one that you feel like going to the party because you want to eat. In this case you can say: Tengo muchas ganas de ir a la fiesta por que tengo mucha hambre wich it is more suitable.
