Technically anyone who eats when they're not hungry or eats more than they need to is guilty of gluttony.

Fortunately, the alleged seven deadly sins were only defined as such in Dante's 'Divine Comedy', they are excessively vague in their true Biblical forms.

depends if you are really so hungry you feel you need to eat that much than no but if you are full with a normal meal than anything you eat above and beyond that threshold would be considered gluttonous

If you stuff yourself with it beyond being full, yes.
Technically you probably don't need all the calories anyway, so either share or just get the sandwich and a water.
