He Told me i said, DUH.. and that was an insult. I never Meant to say Duh.I promised ! I explained to him, he says i did say duh, and i treated him disrespectful.Does not true, i didn't mean to hurt him, so how can i fix it now ? I'm not lying, this is the truth.

Sounds like an unhealty relationship if you are never allowed to say something he does not like to hear. So what if you said, "duh"? If you have to tip-toe around to avoid his wrath, get rid of him and find a man with a sense of humor.
If you cannot relax and speak openly with someone you are supposed to be close to, who needs it?
