That as long as they go in and pay taxes the IRS will not turn them over to immigration. And immigration is pretty upset over it. Your thoughts!!

I'm just wondering why the IRS is enabling illegals? Just because they finally pay their taxes doesn't relinquish them from being illegally here in the first place. I want the IRS to officially verify that those illegals aren't using any legal Americans documents as their own. Just as I'm tired of the IRS knowing that prisoners in this country are filing and getting refunds they never earned. But that is a different issue from this one. They still overgrowd our schools, exhaust school funding, medical treatment, keeping American wages low for legal and American workers, getting benefits they neither earned or paid into otherwise, are demonstrating and demanding rights in this country that they have no legal standing on or for. etc...

I voted for you because you and you co-conspirator still don't get or see the full picture. You minimize it as a simple issue problem to just allow illegals to control and run America. Even our own President allows them to not only break the law, but wants to reward them for doing so. And I'm glad that the 14th Amendent of the United States Constitution states that illegals having and birthing babies here doesn't make them legal American citizens either.

I just don’t get it people!! Are you all pissed because the undocumented people in the US are “assimilating to the American culture”? Here you have the foreign nationals paying their taxes and now you’re pissed because IRS is not turning them in. What the heck people do you want them to break the law by not paying their taxes and just getting paid with 1099’s and not file? Or would you rather they file there taxes?

I heard it on the radio this morning. This one guy called in and 3 different people were filing under his SS#. Other people were audited because of other people using their number. They are getting their refunds and earned income credits as well. There's also people who are legal relatives claiming the kids to get earned income credits. It makes me furious. They know the names don't match and still do nothing. They are scamming every avenue there is. Many are using the other ITN number or whatever it is and as one guy said "technically they aren't supposed to get earned income credit" by filing that way.....but from the way he said it, he implied many were. They had something the other day on how many were filing on the internet and having their pre-approved refund placed in an account before the IRS actually goes over it and then just close the account before anyone finds out what's going on. This one woman said it took 2 years to clear up the mess and all they told her to do was file for a new number. Once again it's the innocent person paying the price for the crooks. It makes me sick. The IRS can of course never make a mistake and give the victim any money. LOL They KNOW and do nothing.

It is ridiculous how most people complain that illegals do not pay tax, if they have to pay it and be allowed to stay, the bunch still complains.... Illegals that pay tax are not a drain to the american society...
