So I suffer with bipolar and have the worst PMS/PMT going. Do you think there is a relationship between my menstral cycle and my bipolar. Is the rapid cycling down to my PMS/PMT is there any help you can get for PMS/PMT. I mean I really can not go on like this.

A walk, the zoo, music, magazine. Yoga (as silly as it sounds) could help too

I am not a professional however i think they are related i know when i PMS i go crazy and i know harmonies couldn't be the only reason.
