Of course. Being human means that we all have our own idiosynchrasies that make us unique.
An example being, two people can eat a block of chocolate, one will put on weight, the other will have no effect.

I would say generally not, all other things being equal but it's all down to intensity of training, what the the diet or supplementation (legal or illegal) is like and there's also a genetic influence. I suppose you could compare a particularly ectomorphic man (naturally skinny and low in muscle mass) to a particularly mesomorphic woman (naturally muscular) and put them in the gym together and I suppose the woman in that case may put on muscle quicker.

I'm curious, why do you ask?

Not likely because of their hormones, mens bodies are better equiped to put on muscle mass. Of course individual muscle growth depends on how much, and what kind of food, exercise strength, length, duration and type, and starting body type. Some women can and do put on mmore muscle mass than some men, but usually through bigger effort.

Apparently not, although the difference is only slight, the males natural muscle aptitude gives males an advantage.

Of course, as stated by others, if the extreme ends of the male and female physiological states are taken then yes, it is possible, but in an equal state, no.

Yes, but it is not the usual thing to happen.

Muscle has to do with hormones and male hormones (specially testosterone) build more muscle than female hormones, (even though females also have some testosterone).
In some cases females may have a genetic inheritance that allows them to build muscle mass faster than a guy.

It has nothing to do with being more or less masculine or feminine, it is just a inheritance issue.
