I seem to be okay in the mornings, but around noon all I want to do is take a nap. I take energy supplements and sometimes even a RedBull, but I think my system is used to the caffiene now. Anything I can do to keep my energy up-besides coffee (I can't stand coffee!)

It is most likely your iron levels, I have the same problem.
You need to get a blood test from your doctor so he can put you on the medication you need.

You didn't say how late you stay up at night. But usually, staying up late causes this. Taking a bath after you wake up may pep you up for the morning but only til mid day, then your body starts to feel hot as the temperature goes up and you feel the need to rest. Your diet also plays a part in this, eating heavy lunches tend to make you drowsy. Try taking a short walk after a heavy lunch to help digestion.

yeah u can practice yoga during moning time it will deffinetly work im damn sure abut that
and u shud drink lot of water..... no oily food and eat green vegetable ..
