Whenever I cried, the next morning I would wake up with really swollen UPPER EYELIDS and looked really hideous. How to get rid of these swollen lids caused by crying or by any other reasons? I don't have very strong crease on my upper eyelids so I don't want my "double eyelid" to disappear because of this problem. Please, both prevention and solution welcomed!

If you apply something to cool the lids - either at the time or in the morning, this will help to reduce puffiness. Some favorites are cold teabags or cucumber slices. Don't think it matters what as long as its cool. Can get some gel filled eye masks to do the same.
Try not to rub the eyes when crying (I know that's hard).
Sometimes eye drops can help reduce the swelling too, but check what the eye drops say they can do cause there are different types.
Lastly, check out why your so sad. Is it really the situation or are you just sad a lot? If so get some help or it could turn into depression.
Best of luck and wishing you sunny days.

certain it does. you are able to purchase it on the drugstores or at walgreens or wal-mart. you'll locate it everywhere genuinely. Its very solid. yet another component for swollen eyelids is placed a spoon contained in the freezer for further or less 15-20 min and placed on your eyelids and eyes. It helps swollen down the eyes somewhat yet works.

i always heard that putting a warm wash cloth on it would help reduce the swelling of it. That's what i used when i woke up with a swollen eyelid.
