LOL, No, and Yes. Y/A uh dictators assigned and TAKE away these badgy thingys as they please. The guidelines say how you get them, BUT I have seen all so many people who have them and it doesn't appear that they meet the guidelines requirements. But then I see people who have it and it appears that they have earned it only to have it TAKEN AWAY. Hey go figure. I myself DON'T want one again. They can stuff the darn thing.

yeah if you cheat & i know a lot of people who cheat just to get that persentage, I HAPPEN TO KNOW THAT YOU ARE ONE OF THEM TOO!!!!!!
