You're right. The English is rubbish. What's the point? To promote a film festival?

Tour the world right here in Northhampton! Now showing: The Great Movie (China, 1972, original in Mandarin, subtitles in English); The Really Good Movie (India, 2004, original in Hindi, subtitles in English and French) and The Revolutionary Movie (Japan, 1999, dubbed in English).

It's a *good* thing to have the world's movies available.

Er.. something like:

To show foreign-language films from (insert name of country), providing entertainment and diverse cinema for the local residents.

I'm assuming that the films are subtitled into English too, so that people whose families were immigrants but only speak English, or just English-speaking people can go and watch them too?

hope that helps.
