THEfirst thing I would ask you is within yourself , do you know what love is you say you only say it if you mean it? WELL ask yourself this question , do you honestly know what love is , ,to start with you have to earn the person trust and hoesty , ,then one of the big things in this is communication , , it is not a case of communicateing , with someone you are saying Ilove you , ASK YOUR SELF , DO YOU REALLY LOVE THIS PERSON , and if you both walk down the isle and get married , this is where the old life will end and a new life will begin for you , as you will be able to say I LOVE YOU AND YOU BOTH WILL MEAN IT , NOT JUST YOU , BUT THE OTHER PERSON WILL TO.

is not hard,,but its hard,,,why is not hard is because you can say it to a mates which you know you are falling in love with,,
and its hard because when some one you dont love moves close to you and make you understands she loves you its hard some times to reply so that you will not break some one heart

I don't think it would be hard for me to say it, I just do not have the opportunity. I use "Love ya' way too often, but it's always meant.

Yes its really, really hard for me to say i love you actually...and yeah i know how you feel, i would only say it if i really meant it too.

I don't find it hard at all. If I feel that strongly about someone I want them to be certain of how I feel, and so saying it is not a problem at all.
