I think that every complex structure is made of other complex structures- they are only simple when you compare them to larger things. Another way, every infinity is made of other, smaller infinities- none of which are simple at all.

i totally agree with the fact that everything complex is made of simpler parts.
for example: Chaos
the things that causes chaos are simpler things, like a simple person breaking the traffic rules and so causing whole traffic to go out of sense and few of these people from the traffic starts breaking rule and causing perfect chaos.
Like spider web, its just made of single threads attached in different and at the same time uniform direction but this makes a complex web.

Agree...yes... complexity of the whole is more due to the complex interplay of its various parts than being a simple aggregate of several complex parts. Even assuming a part is complex, it must itself be made up of many simpler smaller parts with complex interplay amongst them. Therefore, if a complex whole is broken up threadbare, each minuscule basic part would of necessity be far too simpler than the whole.
