No 2/5 is bigger.
1/3 is the same as 5/15 and 2/5 is the same as 6/15 therefore 2/5 is 1/15 bigger than 1/3.

No because if you give both a common LCM of 15 you get 1/3 = 5/15 and 2/5 equals 6/15 and hence, 5/15 is not bigger than 6/15.
