one book is helpful in understanding the behavior of both sexes is "Men are from Mars and Women are from Venus" it helped me understand my husband....too bad he didn't read it :)

I am not so sure men would comprehend our definitions of "us" anyway..=)Women can be so complex even they don't understand themselves fully...plus the book would be endless page wise as we all differ so much..Besides I think most women enjoy the fact they can keep men in the dark,to a certain degree as to what makes us "us"...I know I just gave you a bunch of excuses as to why a book doesn't exist,but thats easier to explain than a book that has
no reason or rhyme to it! =)
