why dozent the bandit say my hands are always in the air wherever i put them.they are still in the air. becauz he noes air iz everywair.You stupid cop telling me to stop telling me to take my hands away from this airspace to another airspace is ridiculous.

Is this a serious question? They ask you to put your hands up in the air so they can see them. Im not sure whether cops are taught the whole philosohy of movements in airspace.

Good point, I've always thought "Put your hands up above your head" was more precise. But I guess this problem comes about since most foreign language speakers have a hard time grasping the concept of figures of speech and tend to take the words spoken literally.
