Your board is the type w/ one IDE connector and the rest are SATA. I believe the most you can do there would be two optical drives on IDE and 4 hard drives (if you like RAID). If you are just using integrated graphics, your PSU may be able to handle the load. But if you have a discrete graphics card (128Mb or higher), you may have to get a bigger PSU so as not to toast your 350watter.

Yes, your mobo will easily handle the extras you want with no problem at all.

Be real sure you have your BIOS set for the order of command, naturally, but what you must be careful of is what you have running all at the same time.

If you are listening to media while burning a copy CD and doing so from a second hard drive then you are really loading the mobo with heat.

So then, while inside playing the bones, be sure the room is real clean and the fans are clean and running. With all the new heat being generated, I would suggest adding a vent on each side of the case and close to the top.

When you add those drives, be sure to match the drive speed to your burner to reduce buffering and skip in the copy.

This might be a great time to upgrade your graphics card also.

Good luck !

By the sounds of it you should be OK but to ensure that no problems arise I would install a higher rated power supply. With so much equipment I would upgrade the cooling system too as high temperatures will reduce the life of your kit and slow your system down.

350 Watts is a bit on the low side, a 450 Watt would serve you better.

It deppends on your system. If it's a performant one, you may have surprises when you use ALL your drives in the same time(if has no disc in it, a cd/dvd drive consumes less power).
