Rousseau said her crew was infected in the dark territory after running across The Others, two months after landing on Craphole Island. They became sick and she killed them. The Lostaways have had contact with The Others since day one but they don't seem sick at all. It's been a shade over two months now...Maybe Rousseau is the one that got sick, but if not, I expect something to start showing.
Our Sawyer will hook up with Locke and be taken to see Cooper. He'll recognize him as The Real Sawyer. Due to Hurley's teaching him how great it is to be kind and Locke's council, he won't kill him. Or he will.
Juliette will return to The Others. Jack will think she ran away fearing for her life because of Sayid and Sawyer. I guess love is blind.
Desmond's visions will catch up with Charlie after Claire finally really warms up to him. RIP Charlie. I'll miss you forever.
We'll see a bit more of what happened to Christian's human remains. Think Lazarus.
Ben was born on Craphole Island, but he wasn't conceived there. Adam and Eve, in the cave, are his parents. They were laid there to be healed but it was too late or the wrong energy. No big surprise since Ben isn't healing very well.
Pen Widmore will be seen again. She's actually looking for her father who went missing.
...and a whole lot of other stuff it's too early to go into.

Well i've seen sunday's episode which is really good,jack has been stupid trusting juliet so much and i think he will get isolated from the rest of the group or even forced to leave if the survivors find out about juliet.I think there will be a jack back story still to come possibly of what happened when he took ben over to the other island.Right at the end of the season they will show you or maybe give you a little taster of where locke has gone and what his plan is.Can't wait!!!

i think that there is going to be a war as jack medels into things going ons wen juilette abandons the camp and also i think sawer and locke are going to get up to something.

apparantly, we will discover that the others and the black smoke is nothing compared to what is coming, something really bad is going to happen at the end of the season......... apparantly!
