I would leave something like that up to an expert that has done it before, that is the last place that i would want to run into a problem with.

Can you pierce you own clitoral hood. Yes.
Is it a good idea? NO

First of all do you know if your anatomy is suited for a hood piercing? Not every woman can get a successful clitoral hood piercing.

You have needles, but what about a receiving tube? A taper?

How will you sterilize your needles? Do you own an autoclave? Alcohol, a lighter, peroxide, etc; these things will not sterelize jewelry or needles.

How do you know you have the right jewelry? Do you know what length curved barbell you need? Or if your going to use a captive bead ring, do you know what diameter you need?

These things should all tell you to go to a professional piercer with a portfolio full of excellent piercings.

Unless you have an auto clave at home, you can't sterilize anything. If you have to ask about it on the internet, you definatley don't have the skills to even attempt it

Hood piercings are not the kind of thing you want to do yourself. One small mistake and you will regret it. Go and have it professionally done if you want it.

honestly, this is not something u need to do yourself!!! u could risk a mis-placed piercing, injury to yourself, or infection!!! the best idea is for u to go to a reputable professional, who is familiar with this type of work...
