Help me.. i have installed zippys webcam in my system, when i click the webcam icon, i'm receiving one error
(sorry, you have no video capture hardware).. what it mean? how can i solve it? please guide me..

If it is a USB webcam tranfer the USB to other socket.

Check your webcam driver if it is the right driver, if not Uninstall webcam driver. Then reinstall it.

if still not working maybe return it where you bought it.

The usual right procedure is to load the software driver first BEFORE connecting the webcam. Better to have no apps running while doing this.

Then restart your PC. Now connect your webcam. It should now be detected by Windows. Win XP usually automatically activates it or may lead you to the process of activating your webcam.

If you have done this and it does not work, your webcam driver may be having a problem w/ the OS. Check also if your webcam will work in another problem.

The webcam should come with a cd-installer. Install the software in order to use the web camera.
