We have much more control over our feelings than we think. Our feelings are created by how we think about the things that happen to us. So, if you want to change your feelings, change how you think. When your feelings change, your face will reflect this.

all u need to do if ur faced with this kind of situation is to first eliminate the thought of being in that situation as if it has not happened to you and i know 8s hard to pretend but it takes mental conditioning to be able to be successful at this. Celebrities are good at this and stage actors. u dont have to be urself all the time, right?;)

I can't lie. It's a curse. Even if I tried to lie, my whole body would refuse it. I'm even known as a VERY OPEN BOOK. And my friends know I can't hide my feelings at all. But I've accepted this curse, and I don't try to lie anymore. It's useless anyway.

well not everyone can do that...even if u make the expression on your face inscrutable, undescribable, then your eyes say it all...as the saying goes.."the eyes are the windows to one's soul"...so i guess its quite difficult to hide your feelings
