I'm not sure she really has a choice... If all kids in school were told you have the choice to learn this subject or not learn it. I think most would opt for the latter.

The only thing I can suggest to make it more appealing to learn multiplication is to turn it into a game. You could even arrange prizes/rewards for doing well.

I undergo in recommendations my seventh grade instructor made us write out our circumstances tables daily. We did a minimum of three finished pages daily, and ever because that then, i understand them like that *snaps*. Writing out any type of math for a lengthy time period embeds it on your memory swifter, properly... a minimum of for me. it really is not any longer plenty to write down once you develop into used to it. i'm no longer suggesting you do 3 finished pages, yet perhaps a million web page daily? It is going from a million to 9... which ability you start up with 1X1=a million all a thanks to 9X9=80 one. do not rigidity about it too a lot, notwithstanding. each so often when I get said as to the board, I make a lot of blunders, because it really is in basic terms an entire diverse adventure at the same time as up there, extremely than sitting at your table writing on a sheet of paper. i'm hoping that this helps you =).

Maybe you could set up a reward system for each level of the table that she learns. She can either have an immediate small reward for each level or she can learn to save these rewards and maybe have something really special at the end.

1 x 1 = 1
11 x 11 = 121
111 x 111 = 12321
1111 x 1111 = 1234321
11111 x 11111 = 123454321
111111 x 111111 = 12345654321
1111111 x 1111111 = 1234567654321
11111111 x 11111111 = 123456787654321
111111111 x 111111111=123456789 87654321

First, please let her know it is not optional, that she must do it. Also, please don't fall into a trap of having to bribe her to do what she needs to do. However, there are some ways to make learning fun. Positive reinforcement is great.
www.bigbrainz.com has multiplication software that is educational and fun.
Here is another fun site: www.quia.com/mc/6.html
