pokemon leaf green questions!!!!!!!!!?

ques 1:
do you get moltres in leaf green, i've caught both articuno and zapdos but not able to find moltres in victory road?
ques 2:
where can i train primeape (Lv. 34) and Fearow (Lv. 36) and Snorlax(Lv. 36) very fast. i need at least Lv. 30 wild pokemon on the other side please help?
ques 3:
like in red and blue versions(the very old ones) do i get missingno. in leaf green or fire red when i surf at the corner of seafoam islands that is towards fuschia?
ques 4:
is there a cheat to get quick money, multiply pokemon or items in leaf green?

1. Moltres is found in Mt.Ember in Island One after you accessed the Three Islands.
2. If you accessed the Three Island, I train near the spa where you can get HM Rock Smash. There are several karate trainers.
3. Nope. Nintendo found the glitch and took it out.
4.After you accessed Five Island, there are two ladies in Resort Gorgeous( one lady has two Mareep and a Flaffy and the other has two hoppip and a Skiploom). Equip a Amulet Coin on the first Pokemon in your party. Then battle the ladies and since they only give 10,000 poke, the Amulet coin multiplies it by two and you get 20,000(thats how I got a Porygon)!
You only can multiply Pokemon and items in Emerald version...

1) Moltres is found on island one in the sevii islands, accessible after you defeat Blanie on Cinnabar island.

2) A great place to train, get the trainer seeker from the girl inside the pokemon center in vermillion and rechallenge the trainers that you've already beaten, their levels will increase, its the only way I use (aside from the elite 4) to level up.

3) No, missingo cannot be found in fire red or leaf green, the gltich was cured in yellow and is only featured in red and blue.
