You can do a few things based on the audience.

if your audience is elementry school kids put it in form of some famous cartoon. May be spongeBob throwing stone from a hill to show gravity, etc.

if your audience is middle school kids, try to put info in form of pop-culture. However, be cautious, you don't want to pull the strings of professor (some teachers don't like pictures of "barbie looking" women in their classes).

If your audience is professionals (science fair etc), you can't go wrong with presenting info as if Einstein/Euler/Feyman etc scientist were presenting.

Tie in a practical example that makes senese. for instance, if your report/presentation/info is on heat transfer, mechanics etc, show how it works in combustions, or cars, or other engines. (again, if you were giving this info to 8-10 year olds, you might want to tie in sweating sponge bob if he was to do all the mechanical work...)

So, yeah...look and target at your audience, and the presentation part will come together naturally.

hope this helps.

U need to understand how everything works if u don't what u do could get u killed. We had a guard that was to gage a tank of oil every hour and log it. He drooped his flash light and broke it so he went to the tank and proceeded to gage the tank and lit his cigarette lighter to read the tape but the tank exploded and blew hem off the tank but he did nothing wrong. At least be able to recognize DANGER.

I guess the only thing really is to relate it to a real life situation, something that people relate to.
Do you have to give this in an oral or written format???
