It takes about two minutes before yahoo puts your question on the page. And your last question is a question a lot of people will refuse to answer.

I had that done to me a couple of times and I kept looking, and I just went back to profile and the question was there so I just deleted it. I hate that when that happens.

Just be patient, mine dissappear sometimes too and it takes like 10 minutes to pop up. About your other quetion, not quite sure about the pop up time. sorry.
