I need to know when a site was made, there is no date on the page at all, is there another way?

Your question is little bit confusing, When the web was made means when the web designer completed designing. Or if you want to know when that particular web was officially uploaded and started work that is different but you can find. I have an easy way.

There is a tool bar I call it utility you will install that and it will give you every detail about web, country, domain name etc. After getting what you want you can delete it that is very easy. And when you want again install it.

Link is given below, I use this toolbar because it gives me detail, if the web site is dangerous or not, where that web is hosted etc.
