You can also try the Senators and Congresspeople on both the State and National level to see if they might be able to help.

For the national level for both go to:

http://www.house.gov (this is for congress)
http://www.senate.gov (this is for the senators)

On the State level check your State's official website to see if it has an easy access list to the representatives for the State level.
